No, our Football is Football ;P since our feet are constantly touching the ball and we kick it around.
In your Handegg, feet barely touch it at all and you carry it around so what is the point in calling it football when there is no real connection between "foot" and "ball"? :P

i also (used to)  play rugby, didnt i mention that? beats the crap out of american football dude. although in the netherlands the skill level in rugby is sadly pretty low. we actually had two or three players in our team who quit american football because of that.
rugby it also the only sports game i would be interested in.

Not really :D what with this being the off-topic section and an introduction thread to help get to know other people (you don't get to know them without talking about certain parts of their life :) ) hehe

Hey Sookie :) welcome!
I cannot speak for Than on that subject but I didn't mind it as much but it is frustrating sometimes when you see people asking the same question and ignoring the answers to those questions :P I understand why you did post there and if I were in your shoes I probably would've done the same too

It is good to see another person from the UK here that's for sure :D hehe

Casual RTS player. Never got into the MOBA genre (Most I did was 2 matches of DotA All-Stars and a ranked match in LoL), because of the communities and the unfamiliarity with MOBA terms. But I'm willing to try out the MOBA side of SoaDA. I trust Ironclad to deliver another quality and innovative success, and keep to their word of making SoaDA accessible to new players like me.

That's about all I want to say about myself for now. Besides the fact I'm looking forward to SoaDA alongside Guild Wars 2, Bioshock: Infinite, and Fire Emblem: Awakening.

Welcome Zid :D

Guild Wars 2 looks amazing! really hyped to play that game when I get the chance :)
How did you play a ranked match of LoL without playing until you are level 30?
MOBA's can be quite fun but i find them to be so much fun with even atleast 3 friends.

What is Fire Emblem? :s

GW2 will be my main game for quite a while when it comes out, but that doesn't mean I won't be playing other genres, like this.

I guess it wasn't a ranked match then. I haven't touched LoL since forever, and I only registered about 3-4 hours into playing it. -_-

Fire Emblem is a strategy RPG, created by Nintendo's Intelligent System developers.

I also play Team Fortress 2 from time to time. Love team 'n class based FPS.

I can definantly see why it will be your main game! alot of it looks and sounds pretty great.
Nah, definantly sounds like a normal game :D best advice would be to play against bots with new champions and new players so you can pick up the game a little bit.

I used to love TF2 but once they introduced crafting and everyone being obsessed with pointless hats then i just gave it up. it became filled with useless crap that detrived from what made me fall in love with the game.
