While I know it'll be a while before SoaDa gets to beta even, I was wondering if there would be any interest in the community in meeting up to play in similar games in the intermittent months. I know I'd personally be willing to play LoL with anyone that wanted to try out the hero side of things, particularly since I've seen a few people on here who mentioned being new to the scene.

Just putting the idea out there for people who want to get into a different game style than RPS. Only 20% of any team is commander, after all.

Indeed, I would also be willing to meet up with people for LoL times. That might be a way for clans/teams/whatever to start working on synergy before  SoDA even starts. Send me a friend request but use "Bowyersky" because I wasn't as quick on the draw as with this

LoL - I am on the EUW server
Mass Effect 3 (multiplayer demo at moment but will be up for playing it when it is released aswell)

Killing Floor
Sins of a Solar Empire (haven't played PvP at all on this though)

An excellent idea. Also a good way to try and help people get better in the coming months. I know im terribad at LoL but im slowly trying to learn it while playing with friends.
@IanD pretty much every game you mentioned would be a great exercise in team building. well done

I agree, it is an excellent idea

And yes they would be ;D though, if it was STO it would have to be more space-based and not ground-based since Space combat is what keeps me playing that game hehe.

Ahh I wish I had DOTA 2. a couple of my friends play it but I guess I still prefer LoL since there is less emphasis on last-hitting and kills (if your a support you would be a bit screwed then)

Anyone interested in Total War? I've pre-ordered Fall of the Samurai and it looks incredible!
