Just to pipe in on the k/d/a comments. Blizzard's upcoming DOTA utilizes a system called Takedowns. Instead of giving different rewards for killers/assisters (including showing how many kills/assists you have), everytime you assist or kill in Blizz's Dota, you simply get a Takedown. Thus, no more beginner players complaining about 'kill stealing'; no more players thinking they're doing so much better than everyone else because they have a high kill count, but no assists. Etc.
League has stopped putting out new/innovative heroes because they choose to do so. Not because they can't. There are plenty of hero archetypes that they haven't even begun using. For example, they have been promising us a pet UI so that we can have actual pet champions, instead of their god-awful 'alt-click' to control Tibbers.
I like new content and I like it at a semi-fast pace. I'd suggested two new heroes a month and one new commander every two months. At least for the first two years to ramp up the game-base, to create revenues and to establish SoaDA as a competitor to League and Dota.
I personally don't desire a replay system. However, the LoL community has been after Riot since beta for a replay system and Ironclad would be remiss if they didn't foresee a similar demand for SoaDA.
